Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping Note: We serve customers globally (excluding certain areas in Asia). Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window & Conditions
- Return Period: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original Packaging: Must be included with your return
Step-by-Step Return Process
1Contact Customer Service
Email our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
2Complete Return Form
We will email you a personalized return form. Fill this out completely and include it with your return package.
3Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include the completed return form in the package.
4Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our facility.
5Processing & Inspection
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed, typically within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after return approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Payment Method Refund Timelines
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will ship your requested exchange item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Skiwear (due to specialized nature and potential exposure to elements)
- Items without original tags or labels
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Personalized or custom-made items
International Returns
For our international customers:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
